"Bought my Yamaha FZ6 off of you guys last summer. I was looking for a good starter bike and I owe a lot to brandon for talking me out of a 250 ninja! Also the entire sales crew and finance dept and even the owner Mr. Krebs stayed over an hour past closing time to make sure everything was going to work out for me. A few months later I got a call from yamaha because the financing was screwed up and it was going to cost me about 30$ more a month for the bike but yet again Xroads came through for me and covered the difference to keep things affordable and keep me happy. Since then I've been in to have my chain adjusted and little things like that which I was never charged for and they always have the absolute coolest gear in stock so I don't have to pay shipping charges. Unbelievable staff and awesome buying experience! Thank you all sooo much. Can't wait to get this one paid off so I can get my next bike!"

After 20+ years of being used to that, I was told by the local HD dealer 6 years ago "sorry, too busy, maybe come back in a week or 2". After bouncing from one soon to be defunct place to another I discovered Crossroads 3 years ago. "I want to thank Joe Marnell, Randy Kight & Mat Simmons. I bought a bike from Crossroads in May of 2004 and I had a lot of problems with the bike. It spent a lot of time in the shop. This does not sound like something that you would thank a dealership for, but the problems were not caused by the dealership there was a major engine problem.
Joe, Randy & Mat went to bat for me with the manufacurer and negotiated a buy back so that I could get a new bike.
During the time that my bike was in the shop, Joe offered me a loaner bike (something that another area dealer refused to do).
I live 75 miles away from Crossroads dealership but these guys made it worth the drive. In the future, I will deal with Joe or Mat for my next bike purchase."

"Was looking for a used bike being a 1st time rider. Spoke to Gene in sales and within 3 days had a bike that fit all my needs. Have purchased accesories and parts were very helpful. Was just in for a broken bulb in my turn signal and service couldnt have been nicer. In fact they replaced the bulb and a fuse and didnt charge me for it. In todays market with sell and forget your name after, its nice to deal with a caring and helpful store. I will be back for my next bike and have recommended you to anyone who is looking.
